Here is our front walk after it had been shoveled.
The piles of snow on the sides of our driveway.
The deep drifts around our swing set.
It's funny, it hasn't really snowed much more, but the snow keeps getting deeper because of all the wind. We probably have an additional 8 inches on our front walk today. I'm hoping that we're done with snow for the winter. The kids are anxious for Spring!

In like a Lion
This is what our March 1st looked like.
We were officially treated to one of Nebraska's blizzards. The schools were all closed but Aaron went into work. Last night and this morning they were saying that the snow would stop around noon and that we would get 5-8 inches. Around 10 or 11 they changed the "winter storm warning" to a "blizzard warning" and that we would get more snow until 6 or 7 and lots of strong winds. Aaron came home and luckily made it to about the bottom of the driveway.
He passed hundreds of stranded cars. We probably only got about 9-12 inches of fallen snow, but the drifts are 3 or 4 feet deep. Hopefully it won't take all spring for the snow to melt.
